half-year mark!

Time flies and we now reached our half-year mark before "the day"...OMG! =) After more than 2 years of (on and off) planning, I just want to know where we are now. Are we still within the target schedule? Can we squeeze in all the unchecked tasks in 6 months? Of course we can (or rather, we must)!
