Luigi's Baptism at Christ the King Greenmeadows

My son was baptized when he was a little over 6 months old. We actually wanted to do it earlier as advised by the elders, they said the earlier the better para daw di sakitin si baby but some of our relatives are in the US so we settled for August school break. Turns out it was a good time lang kasi mas nakapag-prepare kami and were already well adjusted sa pagiging first time parents by then. If we did it during my son's first 3-4 months, yung nasa overwhelming, puyat, breastfeeding, doubtful am I doing it right stage pa hay naku siguro triple yung pagod na naramdaman namin. And honestly I guess di sya ganun magiging maayos. Well what I'm saying is, kanya-kanyang oras yan, some do it kasabay na ng first birthday, yung iba 1 month pa lang, basta dapat parents ang masusunod. Your child your rule ika nga.

Christ the King Parish Greenmeadows was our chosen church because we want it to be accessible to the Ninongs and Ninangs and to the guests. They also have a binyag schedules six times a day for the whole week kaya it's more flexible. Madali lang process to reserve and they only required NSO birth certificate or CTC of Marriage Certificate. What made us decide to choose this church honestly is because they don't require seminars na and the number of sponsors are not limited. Mahaba kasi listahan namin ng sponsors, lol. You may call them at 633-0280 loc. 11 and look for Ms. Bella Consulta. I'll put the schedule and fees at the bottom for your reference.

We opt for the Solo Baptism and got the Saturday 2pm slot. We were there 15 minutes before our schedule as advised and we were briefed on the flow of the ceremony, asked to assign readers and handed the mass booklets. The priest then arrived and after 30 minutes or so, our son is officially baptized. Yey!

It is a 5pc set including short sleeves polo, bow tie, suspenders, shorts and a hat. Seriously ang konti ng options sa damit for baby boys especially if you'll follow the all-white tradition.

Mass Baptism - Every Sunday at 11am only
         Registration First come first serve
         Max of 8 Children
         Payments: P600 First two pairs of Sponsors
                           P50 Additional Sponsors per head

 Solo Baptism - Time 9am, 10am, 11am, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm
        Monday to Sunday (Sunday: No 11am Baptism)
       CTK Priest/Own Priest
        Payment: P3200 (50% Downpayment)
